Sea-view Apartment: (Ocean-view - ground floor - 1/5 people). Sea-view Apartment is a unique apartment which has security bars and mosquito screens in all windows and doors, the living/kitchen area has a double queen pull out sofa bed for 2 people (and if necessary an extra single bed), table, chairs, ceiling fan and a new fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge, freezer and gas stove with 4 burners and oven.

It's facing a covered Patio with table, chairs, arm-chairs and a wonderful ocean-view. There is also a nice and well maintained garden with lawn, two comfortable arm-chairs and a hammock.

The bathroom is with toilet, sink and a big shower; the double bedroom has safe, wardrobe, ceiling fan, mosquito net and two single beds made of wood and bamboo that can be prepared as a king size bed.

We offer for free: the fastest High Speed internet connection on the island with OPTICAL FIBER (Wi-Fi and Ethernet cable too, with a 50 MB speed in download), boogie boards, snorkelling equipment, gas, water, light, towels and bed linen. In the back of the garden there is also an external shower. Sea-view Apartment is also fully equipped with American sockets with 110 volt, 220 volt sockets (all kind of European systems) and hair-dryer.

Extra person supplement over 2 is 10 USD per night. Final Cleaning obligatory is USD 40, while extra cleaning is 35 USD each including change of bed linen and towels. Air Conditioning is available in the bedroom with an independent split (due to the high cost of energy on the island) at a supplement of 10 USD per night (max 12 hours), or 15 USD per day and night (24 hours) and you can decide to take it also on the spot. We have a large parking place right in front of the property.
